Basic Support
$50 or less
One hour of onsite or in-home support. This can be something like hooking up the new cable box, setting up an email account, or doing some basic troubleshooting when you have a computer or phone issue.
Advanced Support
$50 per hour
Some things take longer than others, such as clearing out malware and viruses, replacing damaged components, or installing large programs.
